About the Role

What will you do?

  • Customer service: Analyze and resolve issues and requests for our Carrier Management System, Blujay Parcel. 
  • Collaborate with regular users who utilize Blujay application for Sipping processes from Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centers; Incidents and Service Requests resolution for Level 3, as setting new users, configurations, printer issue, etc. 
  • Document processes and training sessions 
  • Provide assistance with user support by addressing technical questions and resolving basic issues
  • Help maintain IT systems to ensure secure and reliable service delivery across the organization

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent (IT related), and graduating on July 2027 or later
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Basic knowledge of internal user's support, EDI message, customer service
  • Experienced in logistics processes and/or systems (IP Adress, SAP, SQL Server)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power point)
  • Interested in learning about company’s logistics processes, self-taught, proactive
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • IIS (Windows library) – desirable
