We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Management Intern to support our team in providing quality services to children, families, and community partners. This role is ideal for students in social work, human services, psychology, or related fields who want hands-on experience in case management and nonprofit program support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist case managers with client outreach, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Help maintain accurate case files, notes, and required compliance paperwork.
- Support in coordinating services, appointments, and resource referrals.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
- Conduct basic research to support client needs and program development.
- Observe and learn trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a social work, psychology, or human services program.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Compassionate, professional, and eager to learn.
