About the Role:
Based in Singapore and working as part of a global HR team, we are seeking an exceptionally driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources organization. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and is available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support: Partners with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment in managing full end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent brand activities. Additionally, supports the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment operations.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Provide support in the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires and support the exit processes for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and key events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
General HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR projects, events, and other departmental tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.
Required Qualifications:
Passionate about building a career in HR
Relevant experience in a HR role or Talent Acquisition
High sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Possess excellent people engagement, verbal and written communication skills
