    - Assist in coordinating international air and ocean freight shipments
    - Support import and export documentation processes
    - Track and monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery
    - Update and maintain operational data in company systems
    - Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support daily operations
    - Support continuous improvement and administrative activities within the operations team
