WHAT YOU GET TO DO
KNAPP is seeking a Trade Compliance Intern to support U.S. import compliance operations with a focus on recordkeeping, regulatory alignment, and data governance. This internship will provide hands-on experience in U.S. Customs (CBP) compliance and global supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of recordkeeping and data retention processes
- Review and organize import/export documentation in alignment with U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR Part 163)
- Assist in centralizing compliance data across systems and workflows
- Support IEEPA reporting and regulatory tracking activities
- Develop training materials for internal stakeholders (logistics, procurement, finance)
- Conduct data cleanup and documentation standardization initiatives
- Assist with CBP audit readiness efforts
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Currently pursuing a degree
- Interest in regulatory compliance, international logistics, or global trade
- Proficiency in Excel / data organization
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
