岗位职责：
-根据文献检索，主管安排，进行化学分析实验；
-使用分析相关仪器，理解其工作原理，且懂得基本日常维护原理
-产品各类工艺分析报告的起草与修订和分析实验记录，了解药典和ICH指导原则
-协助研究员处理日常事物，并做好实验室5S工作
-其他主管安排的实验室临时性工作
 
职位要求：
-有机化学，药物化学，应用化学，分析化学等相关化学专业在校本科以上学生，对化学分析有热情；
-有上进心，责任心，具有团队合作精神，敬业精神和创新精神
-具有实验室工作或实习经验者优先
能够熟练使用基本办公软件
-每周实习时间3天以上，实习期1个月及以上
