Your Tasks
We offer a paid internship (mandatory or voluntary internship) with an intended start date in August, September, or October 2026. Internships at Deutsche Telekom typically last six months and are completed on a full-time basis (34 hours per week). Your primary workplace will be our corporate headquarters in Bonn. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work remotely two to three days per week.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support the design and further development of leadership development programs and innovative learning formats
  • Research and analyze trends and developments in the areas of leadership, talent development, and the future of work
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations, concept papers, and communication materials
  • Support the organization, coordination, and execution of projects, workshops, and events
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management consultancies and agencies
  • Assist the team in day-to-day operations as well as project-related initiatives and activities

Your Profile
You are currently studying Business Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study, or you are taking a gap year.

In addition, you bring:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong interest in leadership, learning & development, and organizational culture
  • High levels of initiative, a proactive working style, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to develop creative and practical solutions
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
