The Script

As our Housekeeping Management Trainee, you’ll take on a variety of tasks within the Housekeeping department. Your day will include administrative duties such as managing schedules, assigning room lists to attendants, ordering supplies, and more! You’ll ensure that our cleanliness standards are met, making sure guests arrive to a beautifully maintained hotel and rooms, all thanks to you. Plus, you’ll assist the Housekeeping Manager with various ad hoc tasks, blending administration with hands-on operations.

This internship is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your leadership and management skills. You’ll have the chance to lead a large team, ensuring everything runs smoothly while honing your communication skills. Collaborating with other operational departments will be key as you keep everyone informed about the status of housekeeping tasks. With the challenges of the department, you’ll also enhance your soft skills, boosting motivation and engagement among your colleagues!

  • Pursuing a degree in hospitality management (MBO or HBO).

  • Available for at least 5 months starting from August/September.

  • Inquisitive and consistent in your approach.

  • Available for 30-38 hours per week.

  • Possess a hands-on mentality.

  • Able to thrive in a diverse and inclusive team.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
