Komm zu uns als Werkstudent/in im Bereich EHS/ Sustainability 
Zur Unterstützung des Bereichs Environment, Health & Safety und Sustainability an unserem Produktionsstandort in 35415 Pohlheim (bei Gießen) suchen wir ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche. 

 
Willkommen im Bereich EHS 

Der Bereich EHS am Standort Pohlheim leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen und sicheren Ausrichtung unserer Produktionsprozesse. Wir stellen sicher, dass Umwelt-, Energie- und Arbeitsschutzanforderungen eingehalten und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden – unter anderem im Rahmen unserer zertifizierten Managementsysteme nach ISO 14001 (Umweltmanagement) und ISO 50001 (Energiemanagement). 

 
In dieser Rolle wirst du etwas bewirken, indem du: 

 

 1.Unterstützung im Genehmigungsmanagement (Umwelt & Nachhaltigkeit)  

  • Aufbau und Strukturierung einer zentralen Datenbank für genehmigungsrechtliche Unterlagen mit Umweltbezug 

  • Sichtung, Digitalisierung und Pflege bestehender Genehmigungsdokumente 

  • Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung von umweltrechtlichen Auflagen und Fristen 
     

2.Mitarbeit im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz  

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen 

  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen 

  • Mitwirkung bei Begehungen sowie Bewertungen von Arbeitsplätzen und -prozessen 

 3.Mitarbeit an Managementsystemen (ISO 14001 & ISO 50001)  

  • Unterstützung bei Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Managementsysteme 

  • Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits sowie deren Dokumentation 

  • Weiterentwicklung von Verfahrensanweisungen, Prozessen und Kennzahlen sowie Unterstützung bei Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) 


Um erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du Folgendes mitbringen: 

  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise 

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse  

  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen 

  • Interesse an den Themen Umwelt, Energie, Arbeitssicherheit und nachhaltige Entwicklung
