Objetivo del puesto:
Apoyar en las actividades operativas del área de producción, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de metas de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia en la línea de manufactura.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Soporte en procesos de ensamble, inspección y/o pruebas en línea de producción.
  • Seguimiento a indicadores básicos de desempeño (output, scrap, tiempos).
  • Apoyo en implementación de mejoras continuas (5S, lean manufacturing).
  • Registro y control de información operativa.
  • Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, calidad y políticas internas.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante activo de ingeniería (Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o afín).
  • Disponibilidad de horario (medio tiempo/prácticas).
  • Conocimientos básicos de manufactura y mejora continua (deseable).
  • Manejo básico de Excel.
