About the Role

Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales

1. Colaborar en la coordinación de actividades de capacitación, tales como: materiales del curso, equipo, organización de la recepción, montaje y desmontaje del curso, inscripción y otras tareas relacionadas.

2. Procesar y mantener archivos de capacitación precisos, tanto en papel como electrónicos.

3. Brindar apoyo administrativo al departamento y a los equipos de proyecto.

4. Seguir y aplicar los valores, principios operativos y principios de manufactura de clase mundial de SEL.

5. Comprender. Crear. Simplificar.

6. Otras funciones que se le asignen.

Calificaciones Requeridas

1. Estudiante de ingeniería industrial, mecánico administrador o afín
2. Disponibilidad de tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes (8 horas diarias)
3. Manejo avanzado de paquetería Office (especialmente Excel y PowerPoint)
4. Interés por conocer los procesos de manufactura
5. Gusto por desarrollar herramientas didácticas que apoyen y fomenten una capacitación efectiva
6. Interés y facilidad para enseñar y transmitir conocimientos.
7. Alto sentido de responsabilidad, compromiso y atención al detalle.
8. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo de forma colaborativa.

9. Resultados satisfactorios de la verificación de antecedentes para SEL.

10. Resultados negativos en la prueba de drogas.

Calificaciones Preferidas

Dominio de MS Office (especialmente Excel, Word y PowerPoint)
Experiencia con SharePoint

Experiencia en la gestión de documentación técnica

Se valorará la experiencia en análisis de elementos finitos
