Internship Business Strategy & Innovation

What you´ll do

• Support in evaluating and shaping new business opportunities - from early-stage ideas to scaling, spanning (digital) services, innovative business models, and adjacent solutions
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide insights for ongoing initiatives
• Contribute to the coordination of cross-unit initiatives, helping to foster collaboration by aligning joint objectives, synergies, and learnings
• Help create transparency on the overall program portfolio and its performance across units, supporting reporting, analysis, and communication
• Prepare and support meetings, workshops, and presentations with diverse stakeholders, including senior management

What makes you a good fit

• Student, who is currently enrolled in the final stages of studies in business administration, engineering, innovation, or similar with a strong academic track record
• Experience in business development, business model innovation, or strategy
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical and research skills, with interest in business model innovation, digital services, and sustainability-driven solutions
• Ability to connect business and technology, with curiosity to explore emerging trends
• Structured and reliable working style, with the ability to take ownership of defined tasks and work independently
• Teamplayer with a proactive mindset, eager to collaborate across functions and contribute ideas
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting September 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
