Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support key strategic marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign development, content creation, and market research while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners
Key Responsibilities
Video Library Development
- Research, evaluate, and select vendors to support the creation of an on-demand video library
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to support onboarding initiatives
- Assist in organizing and maintaining video content for internal use
Industry Outreach & Prospect Development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and engage with land title associations
- Build and maintain a national prospect list to support sales outreach
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in the design, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Help develop messaging and materials for prospect engagement and product promotion
- Support campaigns focused on tools, resources, and brand awareness initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and industry partners to support initiatives
- Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Interest in marketing strategy, campaign development, and content creation.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media scheduling tools)
- Basic understanding of video content or media production workflows
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or industry associations
