About the Role

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support key strategic marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign development, content creation, and market research while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners


Key Responsibilities

Video Library Development

    • Research, evaluate, and select vendors to support the creation of an on-demand video library
    • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to support onboarding initiatives
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining video content for internal use

Industry Outreach & Prospect Development

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and engage with land title associations
    • Build and maintain a national prospect list to support sales outreach
    • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences

Marketing Campaign Support

    • Assist in the design, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
    • Help develop messaging and materials for prospect engagement and product promotion
    • Support campaigns focused on tools, resources, and brand awareness initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and industry partners to support initiatives
    • Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze information effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Interest in marketing strategy, campaign development, and content creation.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media scheduling tools)
  • Basic understanding of video content or media production workflows
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or industry associations
