About the Role

Description

The Finance Intern provides support to the finance and accounting team in areas such as financial analysis, reporting, data entry, and process improvement. This role offers hands-on experience in financial operations and exposure to business decision-making processes. The intern works under supervision to develop professional skills and contribute to finance-related projects and tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial reporting, data entry, and reconciliation tasks.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Perform basic financial analysis and data validation.

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.

• Participate in team meetings and support ongoing finance projects.

• Help improve financial processes and workflows.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

• Conduct research on financial topics as needed.


Qualifications:

Required

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.

Preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Prior internship or coursework in accounting or finance.

• Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems.
