What Will you do?
- Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) operations by tracking campaign performance, and helping personalize outreach for strategic accounts.
- Manage and update opportunities, leads, and account data in Salesforce / BFO (Blue Field Operations), ensuring pipeline accuracy and data quality.
- Generate sales activity reports, KPI dashboards, and follow-up trackers to support the Inside Sales team.
- Coordinate between marketing and sales teams, preparing materials for client meetings such as account profiles, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and clean contact and account databases, document internal processes, and provide general administrative support to the commercial area.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Hands-on experience or strong academic exposure to data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python. (plus)
- Excel (pivot tables, formulas) - MUST.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and comfort learning new digital tools quickly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales decisions. (Must)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Effective communication in both Spanish and English (Must).
- Proactive attitude, curiosity about the energy/industrial technology sector, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Who will you report to?
The intern will work closely with both the Marketing and Inside Sales teams, acting as a single contributor who bridges data, operations, and commercial execution. Key stakeholders include marketing specialists, account managers, and sales operations leads across the Mexico market.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — graduating June 2027 or later.
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce or BFO (internal training will be provided).
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Previous experience in corporate environments, real-company academic projects, or prior internships is a strong differentiator.
- Basic understanding of the electrical, energy, or industrial technology sector is a plus, but not required.
