As our Summer Intern – Quality Assurance & Technical Documentation, you will play a role in validating our latest innovations and ensuring our users have the best possible experience. This is a chance to dive into the intersection of engineering and communication.

This is a part-time summer internship located at our Shanghai office.

What you’ll do here as Summer Intern?

In this role, you will be the bridge between complex technical development and the end-user experience. You will help in ensuring that our products not only work as intended but are also accompanied by clear, effective documentation. This role is important because it guarantees that the high-tech solutions we build are accessible and reliable for our customers worldwide.

• Execute functional and exploratory tests on upcoming software releases to identify potential bugs.
• Document and report technical issues clearly in our tracking systems, collaborating with developers to find solutions.
• Review and edit technical manuals and help guides for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Assist in updating test cases to improve our quality assurance coverage.
• Verify that user interfaces are intuitive and that terminology aligns with our documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal testing processes and documentation workflows.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

We are looking for a curious and analytical student who loves to figure out how things work—and how they might break. You have a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms. As a future "Axian," you are a team player who values an open-minded culture and is eager to contribute your perspective to the group.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Good written communication skills in English.
• A structured approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with Linux environments or networking concepts.
• Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for basic automation.
• Comfortable with version control systems like Git or technical editing tools.

Physical Demands and Travel:

This role is primarily office-based, involving standard computer work. Travel is not required for this internship.
