Job Description

  • To plan, lead and execute joint marketing activities and events in line with School & UOB’s focus. Collaboration with School CCA Clubs / outreach to School Committees and external stakeholders

  • Create visual, multimedia, video and other online media assets in line with brand guidelines
  • Advocate digitalization in banking through internet banking and other digital platforms at branches auto lobbies
  • Provide positive customer service on customer queries in the bank branches
  • To identify opportunities in order to promote suitable products and services while providing quality and seamless service

  • Gain a better understanding of the banking operations
  • Manage and foster better customer relationships
  • Project management skills – plan, organize and execute events from start to finish
  • Able to understand the various the digital banking products offered by bank and other digital tools
