About the role

Our Solvay Taiwan team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the GBU Peroxide department and focuses on Electronic H2O2 in collaboration with local semiconductor industry.

As a Business Administration Intern, you will work on daily operational duties and sales coordination to support Solvay Taiwan's commercial activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay Taiwan and have a positive impact on our overall operational efficiency and team productivity. You will be accountable for:

• Handle sales administrative duties and customer service
• Gain an understanding of quality control processes
• Identify and report operational issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (including near misses, suggestions, manufacturing excellence, KPI control, etc.)

We offer a fixed-term (2 month contract) based on onsite working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, or economics. Relevant work experience in commercial or finance.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

• TWD 1464 TWD per day in Taiwan

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
