About the Role

  • UAT Test execution
  • Defect logging & retest till defect closure
  • Data analysis
  • Follow up with solution vendor on defect fixing
  • Regression Testing

JOB PURPOSE

Primarily focus on test execution throughout the implementation of RLOS AI and assist in day-to-day BAU Support :

  1. Business System Implementation: Assist in the planning, testing and implementation of business systems.
  2. Research and Design Customer Journeys: Conduct research to understand customer needs and design effective customer journeys, user interfaces and experiences
  3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing cycles to ensure the functionality and quality of business systems.
  4. Project Management Support: Assist in managing project documentation and communication with stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Involve and support business system implementation, customer journey & UI/UX design, involvement in full testing cycles and project management.

Major focus will be on system testing and not limited to :

  1. Ensure that system meets specific requirements and quality standards - Identify defects, bugs, and other issues before the system release to end-users.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely logging of defects in project management software such as JIRA for investigation. Track and closure of defects.
  3. Report and update testing status to Test Manager/Lead.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Degree/Diploma holders who are interested to learn testing methodology/framework
  • Capable of working on test planning, test scoping, test scripts/cases, issue/bug reporting, test progress reporting, follow-up on patches validation, and assistance with issue/bug investigation.
