About the Role

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative intern to support our marketing and campaign operations. In this role, you will work across teams to help bring campaigns to life, from coordinating with internal partners to preparing creative materials and managing basic contract and finance workflows. This is a learning role that you will gain hands-on experience in cross functional collaboration, marketing communications, and administrative processes that keep a team running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Cross-functional Coordination: 

- Work with the Purchasing team to help source premiums and creative assets required for campaigns

  • Contract & Finance Process Management:

​- Help manage day‑to‑day contract workflows, including coordinating with Finance to keep approvals and payments on track

  • Marketing Communication Support:

​- Prepare creative briefs for communication materials such as visuals, brochures, and digital assets

 - Use a good sense of aesthetics to help guide content development and maintain brand consistency across materials

What you'll need:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in project coordination and working across different teams

  • Basic organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks or deadlines

  • Familiarity with common digital tools (email, document editing, spreadsheets)

  • A willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback

  • Interest in marketing, campaigns, or brand communications (no specific degree or prior experience required)

  • An operational mindset: experience or interest in planning cross‑functional work (e.g., involving logistics, finance, product forecasting, or systems) to help ensure readiness

  • Basic understanding of design and content; ability to guide creative development with a good eye for visual quality
