As a Graduate Analyst in our Deals Strategy team, you'll work alongside experienced consultants helping clients make some of their most important strategic and investment decisions.

You'll support projects across commercial due diligence, growth strategy, market assessments, and value creation initiatives, gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients including corporates, private businesses, government agencies, and investors.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical, commercial, and consulting skills while working on real business challenges from day one. With ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities, you'll build a strong foundation for a successful career in strategy and deals.

  • We're looking for curious, motivated, and commercially minded graduates who enjoy solving complex business problems and working collaboratively with others.

  • A recent or upcoming bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related discipline.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and draw insights from data.

  • An interest in business strategy, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial decision-making.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.

  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude towards learning, feedback, and professional development.

  • Enthusiasm for getting involved, contributing to team success, and taking on new challenges.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A proactive approach, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in how businesses operate, grow, and create value.

We’d love to see:

  • Involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership programmes, case competitions, student associations, or internships.

  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and interest in current business and market trends.

  • Experience using data, research, or analytical tools through study, work experience, or personal projects.
