What you’ll build:

• You help design and develop the Cloud-based Infrastructure services for products and solutions.
• You help build innovative AI projects combination with cloud engineering.
• You contribute to create intelligent automated Cloud services and share your expertise and knowledge with team members.
• Design service at scale with reliability, performance, availability, and security as a priority.
• Management of distributed cloud landscapes and contribute to our Site Reliability Engineering processes.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Current university student (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong GenAI/AI background with business projects experience.
• Preferred high-level experience with Cloud engineering technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker.
• Preferred programming skills:  Python, Golang or other languages.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English is necessary.
• Can work for 3+ days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai.

Where you belong:

The HANA Database & Analytics Common Service Infrastructure (CSI) Team in China is responsible for providing the scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure for HANA Database & Analytics cloud products and taking charge of the development of many cloud-native common services. We are using state-of-the-art cloud-native technologies in DevOps development style to build the enterprise-readiness cloud platform based on the 4+1 hyperscalers(AWS/Azure/GCP/AliCloud/CCloud) for SAP HD&A products.
