Job Description

1.製程開發與優化：
-依據既定的標準作業流程，進行製程開發與優化工作。
-協助進行製程參數的設定與調整，確保製程穩定性。
2.製程問題分析與解決：
-在主管或資深同事的指導下，協助分析製程中出現的問題，並提出初步解決方案。
-參與製程問題的根本原因分析，並協助實施改善措施。
3.製程文件撰寫與維護：
-撰寫並維護製程相關的操作手冊、流程圖及其他技術文件。
-確保檔內容準確，並及時更新以反映最新的製程變更。
4.製程數據收集與分析：
-收集製程相關數據，進行基本的數據分析，並提供報告。
-協助進行製程能力分析，確保製程符合品質要求。
5.跨部門協作：
-與生產、品質、研發等部門合作，確保製程開發與優化工作的順利進行。
-參與跨部門會議，提供製程技術支援。
