What you'll build 

In this role, you'll be at the heart of SAP's global support engine - helping customers in the Asia-Pacific Japan region keep their supply chain operations running without interruption. You'll work directly alongside experienced Support Engineers, solving real product issues and ensuring customers receive timely, professional responses. 

Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and SLA compliance across the APJ time zone. You'll serve as Queue Manager - triaging and dispatching incoming support cases to keep critical issues on track - and provide Japanese-language translation support, bridging communication gaps for customers where no local product expert is available. 

You'll develop hands-on expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management products, collaborate with peers across Asia and globally, and contribute to a team where your contributions are visible and valued from day one. 

 

 

What you bring: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; fluent in written Japanese (essential for customer translation support) 

  • Genuine curiosity about enterprise software and a willingness to learn SAP Supply Chain products from the ground up 

  • Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and calm under pressure 

  • A collaborative team mindset: you share knowledge, ask good questions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment 

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities; detail-oriented when tracking case queues and SLAs
