About the COOP Program:

The COOP Training Program is designed to provide students with practical workplace experience as part of their academic requirements, as it is mainly tailored for experiential learning and firsthand experience working with great leaders, where trainees will get the chance to enhance their knowledge of the working world of Abdul Latif Jameel, developing their interpersonal and technical skills, and build a solid foundation for their future careers.

Over the training period, trainees will be challenged by working and participate with daily activities and tasks of the Business Units, tackle business milestones, discover how we lead and develop our teams, build skills and relationships that go beyond the few months experience at Abdul Latif Jameel.

 

Your role as an COOP trainee in Abdul Latif Jameel:

  • Exposure that help you get to know Abdul Latif Jameel family of businesses and our people, and so to integrate smoothly into our culture.
  • Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your tasks from the beginning, and you will be given specific responsibilities
  • Continuous coaching – you will work with passionate people as well as day-to-day follow-up from your mentor
  • Dynamic and respectful work environment – employees are at the core; we value every individual and encourage initiatives promoting innovation and work/life balance

 

Main Requirments for the Program:

We’re looking for under-graduates with:

  • One of the following majors: Human Resources Management, Sales, Information System, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant majors
  • Saudi National
  • Student in any Governmental Universities and listed Universities: Prince Sultan University, Dar Al-Hekma University, Effat University, Arab Open University, Al Yamamah University, University of Business and Technology, Prince Fahd bin Sultan University, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Alfaisal University, Dar Al Uloom University
  • Should have letter from the University addressed to Abdul Latif Jameel Motors 
  • The Program is planned to open two times per year, in accordance with Universities calendar
  • Acceptance in the COOP program will be based on Abdul Latif Jameel demands
  • Locations: Jeddah - Riyadh - Dammam 
  • Intermediate Level of English (both written and spoken) 
  • Intermediate Level in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
