About the Role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This internship role provides analytical and commercial support to the GCC Commercial Director and the team. The position is responsible for performing data analysis and commercial calculations, coordinating commercial documentation, supporting contract administration activities, maintaining trackers and reports, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of key business information. The role also supports data coordination, meeting preparation, and the management of team resources to facilitate the efficient execution of commercial operations across the GCC region.

1. Commercial Data Analysis & Support


  • Pricing Simulations: Run basic pricing and margin simulations to calculate the financial impact of proposed discounts, promotions, or rebate structures.
  • Data Verification: Review and clean commercial calculation records to ensure all baseline data used for regional reporting is accurate and structured.
  • Data Management: Compile and organize sales figures and commercial metrics within spreadsheets to maintain accurate tracking dashboards.
  • BD Team Synergy: Maintain regional pipeline trackers and assist in compiling market data or presentation materials to support upcoming corporate pitches and distributor proposals (without direct sales or lead-generation responsibilities).

2. Contract Support & Documentation


  • Drafting & Correspondence: Assist in preparing initial drafts of contract amendments, price list updates, and professional commercial correspondence in both English and Arabic.
  • Tracking & Summaries: Review commercial agreements to log key terms (such as payment timelines and expiration dates) into a centralized renewal calendar, and condense complex clauses into simplified summary briefs.

3. Administrative Support & Coordination


  • File Management: Take ownership of organizing shared digital drive folders and maintaining structured file-naming conventions.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Coordinate between commercial leadership and internal departments (such as Finance, Legal, or Supply Chain) to follow up on pending project approvals.
  • Meeting Support: Record clear meeting minutes and actively track outstanding operational action items.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Nationality: Saudi National (Required)
  • Education: Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Law, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good basic comfort with Google Sheets or MS Excel (knowing how to sort data, use basic formulas like SUM/AVERAGE, and keep sheets organized).
    • Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Slides for typing up summaries, official letters, and clean presentations.

  • Core Competencies:
    • High Attention to Detail: An ability to spot typos, wrong numbers, or inconsistencies in text and spreadsheets.
    • Good Communication: Comfortable speaking and writing professionally to coordinate with different internal departments.
    • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive mindset that isn't afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges.

  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
