An intern in the Corporate Tax (CT1) division at PwC Malaysia typically engages in a variety of tasks and responsibilities associated with corporate tax services. While specific duties can vary depending on the team’s needs and the intern’s skills, common tasks might include:

  • Assisting with Tax Compliance: Helping to prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. This may involve gathering and analyzing financial information.

  • Preparing Reports and Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of documentation required for tax filings and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting Senior Staff: Supporting senior consultants and managers in day-to-day tasks and client engagements, which may include handling correspondence and preparing presentations.
