About Resource Advisor+ 
 

Resource Advisor+ (RA+) is Schneider Electric’s flagship SaaS platform helping large enterprises manage sustainability performance, including carbon footprint (Scopes 1–3), ESG reporting (CSRD / ESRS), climate risk, and supplychain decarbonization. RA+ combines advanced data management, analytics, and advisory expertise to support customers on their transition to a lowcarbon economy. 

The RA+ Sales Team works with major international clients across industries such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, energy, and consumer goods, supporting strategic sustainability and digital transformation initiatives. 

 

As a Sales Intern in the RA+ team, you will support the commercial team in developing pipeline, preparing sales materials, analyzing customer needs, and contributing to strategic sales engagements around sustainability software solutions. 

This internship provides handson exposure to enterprise SaaS sales, sustainability regulations, and complex deal cycles with large multinational customers. 

 

🚀What will you learn? 

  • How enterprise SaaS sales cycles work from early qualification to closing 

  • Sustainability topics such as carbon accounting (Scope 1–3), CSRD/ESRS, climate risk, and supply chain decarbonization 

  • How to sell valuebased solutions to Clevel and senior stakeholders 

 

Sales & Pipeline Support 

  • Support the sales team in prospecting, account research, and pipeline development 

  • Assist in qualification of opportunities (customer context, sustainability maturity, use cases) 

  • Help maintain CRM data accuracy and sales reporting 

Customer & Market Analysis 

  • Conduct market and account research (industry trends, competitors, sustainability challenges) 

  • Help prepare customer briefings and executive summaries 

  • Support analysis of customer requirements related to carbon, ESG, climate risk, and supply chain 

Sales Materials & Proposals 

  • Contribute to sales decks, value propositions, and proposals for RA+ 

  • Support responses to RFPs and tenders in collaboration with sales and technical teams 

  • Help tailor messaging for different stakeholders (executive, sustainability, IT) 

Internal Coordination 

  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams 

  • Support preparation of internal trainings, sales enablement content, and best practices 

  • Assist with coordination of internal meetings and followups

 

 

🔍 Are you who we are looking for? 

 
  • Student in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, Economics, or related fields 
  • Interest in sustainability, digital solutions, and consulting / SaaS sales Skills 
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish 
  • Additional languages (French, Portuguese, Italian) are a strong plus Mindset 
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn 

  • Interest in sustainability and impactdriven solutions
