We are looking for intern(s) to join our Services Planning team to support data-driven decision-making across the Singapore healthcare sector. This internship offers hands-on experience in translating business needs into data insights, developing dashboards, and working on analytics initiatives to improve healthcare operations and planning outcomes.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Support business requirement gathering, including understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into data and reporting requirements
• Assist in data analysis activities, including data cleaning, validation, and exploratory analysis to identify trends and insights
• Design and develop dashboards and visualisations using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making
• Work with structured datasets, including querying and manipulating data using SQL or similar tools
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, exploring analytics or AI use cases to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to validate findings and ensure dashboards meet business needs
• Assist in documentation and reporting, including preparing summaries and presenting insights clearly

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, with ability to interpret and visualise data
• Good communication skills, with ability to present insights clearly
• Willingness to learn and work in a data-driven environment
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
