About the Role

The Cluster Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS) is deployed across healthcare institutions to streamline patient flow, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall patient experience. This project supports the setup, implementation, and continuous improvement of EQMS across the cluster, ensuring reliable system performance and seamless integration with clinical workflows.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support implementation and deployment of the Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS)
  • Participate in requirements gathering and stakeholder discussions
  • Assist in project coordination and stakeholder management across institutions and vendors
  • Support system testing activities (SIT/UAT), including defect logging and tracking
  • Assist in hardware and system verification, including on-site setup and validation
  • Support deployment, go-live, and post go-live activities
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including workflows and configurations

 

About You: 

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing
  • Have a keen interest in IT Project Management
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture, cloud computing, network and IT security.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
  • Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
