Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - AI & Automation, Operational Efficiency & Incident Management

We are looking for intern(s) to join our Operations team, focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and incident management processes. You will work on building solutions that automate incident tracking, analyse system logs, and support predictive insights using cloud-based data and AI technologies.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Support the automation of incident management processes, including tracking, monitoring, and improving issue response workflows
• Assist in developing AI-driven solutions, including predictive models to identify potential system issues
• Contribute to technical design and enhancement initiatives, improving system performance and operational processes
• Support automation of cloud log extraction, including retrieving and processing logs from AWS platforms
• Assist in developing Python or PySpark scripts and APIs for data extraction, processing, and integration into data stores
• Support the creation of dashboards and data visualisations to provide insights into system performance and incidents
• Contribute to AI and automation initiatives (e.g. Agentic AI) to streamline manual workflows and improve efficiency
• Support documentation and project coordination activities, including preparing materials and recording meeting notes

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,  Data Science, or a related discipline
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python programming, with familiarity in scripting and data processing
• Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to query and manage structured data
• Familiarity with REST APIs and handling structured datasets is an advantage
• Basic understanding of cloud services (e.g. AWS such as CloudWatch, S3) is preferred
• Exposure to data visualisation tools and introductory machine learning concepts is a plus
• Strong documentation and written communication skills
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
