To support the above, our Corporate Function - Human Capital Management team, focuses on managing and developing talents to ensure that our people stay relevant in this changing and disruptive world. The selected intern(s) will assist in following: 

 

1. Talent Management

  • Assist in the high-potential and/ or successor identification process and endorsement (e.g. downloading and collation of assessment reports)
  • Coordinate and support the talent engagement sessions for high-potentials
  • Administer surveys to gather sentiments of high-potentials’ engagements such as mentoring, tea-sessions, and training interventions
  • Support in the design of communication materials to the above groups
  • Update the training records of the above groups
     

2. Development of Automated Leadership Programme Completion Tracker

  • To develop an automated tracking system to monitor and report on employees’ completion status of mandatory leadership programmes. 
  • This tool will facilitate timely follow-up, ensure compliance and support HR analytics.
  • Good to have programming skills (e.g. Python or similar), be familiar with database management and familiarity with automation tools such as Power BI. 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Meticulous and proficient in data management/ analysis
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic design/ canvas skills will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with HR/learning management systems preferred
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven 
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
