Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - Application Quality Assurance Dashboard & Reporting Internship

This project supports the enhancement of a Clinic Management System (CMS) used to digitalise workflows in GP clinics, including patient registration, appointments, clinical documentation, and billing. The system has recently been modernised to a web-based application, with delivery managed using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. This internship focuses on improving Quality Assurance (QA) tracking, reporting, and visibility by designing better dashboards and optimising existing processes.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Support the current Agile delivery and QA/testing processes within the project team
• Review how Product Backlog Items (PBIs), testing progress, and defects are tracked using Azure DevOps and Excel
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities in existing tracking and reporting practices
• Propose and support the design of enhanced QA tracking and reporting solutions to improve visibility and traceability
• Assist in developing prototype dashboards, workflow improvements, or automated reporting approaches
• Document findings, recommendations, and proposed enhancements to support continuous process improvement"

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
• Proficient in programming and integration technologies such as Python, RESTful APIs, and SQL querie
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
• Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
