About the Role

Join Synapxe as an intern and see how you can contribute in powering a healthier Singapore. Internship@Synapxe is where curiosity meets impact! You would be able to gain practical experience, hone your skills, and be part of meaningful work that improves health through technology! 

 

Join us as a Rewards & Benefits intern to support rewards and HR programmes, including performance management, employee engagement, and policy development initiatives.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following: 

 

  • Provide support for the annual performance management exercise,
  • Support the planning and execution of employee welfare, engagement, and well-being programmes
  • Monitor and follow up on completion rates for annual organisation-wide exercises and initiatives
  • Assist in the review and sourcing of improved corporate rates, partnerships, and employee benefit offerings
  • Support the revamp and maintenance of Sharepoint pages and ensuring the contents are up to date
  • Assist in the review, update, and alignment of HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance
  • To support and identify opportunities on work processes improvements through automation or digitalisation initiatives 
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned"

 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and able to work independently
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) would be an added advantage
  • Keen interest in learning and contributing to process improvement and digital solutions
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven 
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
