About the Role

We are looking for intern(s) to join our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) team, supporting the design and implementation of risk management solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in IT project coordination, working closely with business users and technical teams to support requirement gathering, testing, and process improvements. This role provides exposure to how risk management systems are developed, tested, and deployed in a real-world environment.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support IT project activities, including coordination, tracking progress, and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Assist in requirement gathering by engaging with business users and documenting key needs and system requirements
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing test cases and supporting system validation
  • Maintain project documentation, such as meeting minutes, requirement documents, and test records
  • Support process improvement initiatives, identifying areas to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to follow up on action items and support ongoing project deliverables

 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cyber/IT Security, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Engineering and Media, or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Willing to learn new tools to support reporting and testing
  • Good knowledge with documentations (word , excel) and editing documents
  • Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail
  • Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision
  • Basic knowledge of project management skills
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
