Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - Data-Driven Process Transformation & Workflow Automation

We are looking for intern(s) to join our Infrastructure Assurance & Standards team as a Data Analytics & Automation intern, where you will analyse operational data, build interactive dashboards, and develop automation solutions to improve processes. You’ll work with real datasets and business challenges, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics, process improvement, and tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Analyse historical findings data to identify trends, root causes, and recurring process issues
• Develop dashboards to improve visibility of process performance and gaps
• Review existing workflows (e.g., tracking, follow-ups, reporting) and identify inefficiencies
• Design and prototype automation solutions (e.g., reminders, status tracking, escalation workflows)
• Recommend improvements to enhance process standardisation and efficiency

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, or SQL
• Basic understanding of data processing, reporting, and dashboard development
• Understanding of IT governance framework or risk management is a plus
• Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA tools) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Good team player with strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven 
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
