The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
1) Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Collect, clean, and analyze cloud infrastructure data (logs, metrics, usage data)
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
- Support data-driven decision-making through insights and reporting
2) Dashboard Development & Modernization
- Build and optimize interactive dashboards for decision-making
- Review and enhance existing dashboards for usability and performance
- Apply visualization and UX/UI best practices
3) Data Engineering & ETL
- Consolidate and transform multi-source data
- Assist in building and optimizing data pipelines
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
4) Workflow Automation
- Identify repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation
- Develop automated reporting and data pipelines
- Integrate analytics outputs with alerting or automation tools
5) Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Translate business requirements into data solutions
6) Documentation & Monitoring
- Document data models, dashboards, and workflows
- Maintain standards for knowledge sharing
- Monitor dashboard performance and resolve issues
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar data analytics tools
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools
- Basic understanding of data analysis, ETL processes, and data transformation concepts
- Understanding of dashboard design, UX/UI, and data visualisation principles
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is an advantage
- Exposure to cloud monitoring and logging tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
