We are looking for intern(s) to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in grant operations, supporting end-to-end claims processing and financial reporting. This internship provides practical exposure to grant administration and financial reporting within a structured finance environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience in managing the full grant lifecycle from claims processing to reporting, while developing skills in financial reconciliation, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support the end-to-end grant claims process, including preparation and submission of claim forms
• Verify claim data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
• Perform reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) accounts related to grant transactions
• Assist in the preparation of grant reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of accounting entries
• Assist in grant-related matters such as cashflow reporting and utilisation tracking for MOH programmes
• Support the compilation of progress reports and documentation
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline
• Deep interest in developing analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Keen interest in finance, IT and Healthcare
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
