We are looking for intern(s) to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in billing operations while contributing to process and workflow improvement initiatives across Accounts Receivable functions. Interns will also gain hands-on experience supporting business-as-usual operations, while contributing to system implementation and process improvement initiatives, developing both operational and analytical skills relevant to finance transformation.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support day-to-day billing (AR) operations to gain a strong understanding of finance processes
• Assist in system go-live activities, including post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Facilitate change management efforts and user training during system implementation
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes
• Perform regular checks and validations to maintain data accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to process improvement projects within AR and billing operations by analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
• Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with stakeholders
• Interest or basic knowledge in finance operations, billing processes, or data analysis is advantageous
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
