We are looking for intern(s) to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in daily finance operations while contributing to process and workflow improvement initiatives. This internship provides the opportunity to work closely with end-to-end finance operations, supporting system implementations, operational processes, and process improvement initiatives across key functions such as Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger, while developing practical skills in accounting and data-driven analysis.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support day-to-day finance operations to gain a strong understanding of operational workflows and processes
• Assist in system go-live activities, including post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Facilitate change management efforts and user training during system implementation
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
• Perform regular checks and validations to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data
• Contribute to process improvement projects across Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions by analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation activities
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a dynamic operational environment
• Passionate about process improvement, digitalisation, and leveraging technology to enhance finance operations
• Ability to multitask to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
