Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - Financial Reporting, Portfolio Dashboard Reporting and Analysis

We are looking for intern(s) to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting and portfolio dashboarding, supporting monthly reporting cycles and delivering insights through data analysis and visualisation. Interns will gain exposure to dashboarding, financial systems, and costing analysis, while supporting accurate reporting and generating insights to inform operational and management decisions.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and participate in stakeholder reviews and discussions
• Maintain and enhance portfolio dashboards to support reporting and decision-making
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and visualisation using financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau)
• Conduct financial analysis, including costing deep dives to identify trends and insights
• Support the development of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparation of accounting entries
• Support grant-related matters, including cashflow reporting and utilisation tracking
• Track MOH programmes and support submission of required reporting (e.g. watchlists)
• Engage stakeholders to support reporting needs and expectations
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau)
• Deep interest in developing analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Keen interest in finance, IT and Healthcare
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
