About the Role

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Electronic Engineering Intern at MKS Korea in the Match Engineering team, you will collaborate with internal teams to support the development, testing, and optimization of RF matching networks used in semiconductor plasma processing systems. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Understanding the operation of RF matching networks and their role in impedance tuning for plasma systems.

  • Assisting in the analysis and testing of analog and digital control circuits used in match units.

  • Supporting the development of Design of Experiments (DOE) for performance evaluation and tuning of match systems.

  • Learning system-level signal flow and integration of match units with RF generators and plasma chambers.

  • Writing technical reports and documentation based on evaluation results, and communicating findings with internal engineering teams.

Skills You Bring:

  • Preferred experience in analog/digital circuit design, signal processing.

  • Basic understanding of impedance matching, RF systems.

  • Interest in the semiconductor industry and RF power delivery systems.

  • English communication skills are mandatory.
