Key Responsibilities:
Behind every great firm is a strong finance function — and at PwC, our Finance Department plays a critical role in keeping the business running, the numbers accurate, and the insights flowing.
As a Finance (Record-to-Report) Intern, you'll join our R2R Team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its own financial backbone. Your responsibilities will include:
Receipts and payments management. Support interface reconciliation, adjustments, and data entries, and assist with bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Inter-company transactions. Help process and reconcile inter-company transactions, contributing to clean, well-documented financial records.
Payment processing. Assist with GIRO payment data entries for salary, CPF, FWL, iExpense, and bank charges.
Month-end close support. Help prepare monthly journals for accruals, prepayments, and rental recharges, and support balance sheet analysis and P&L extractions.
Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insight of finance work.
Learn from the best. Be coached and mentored by experienced finance practitioners committed to your growth, with access to PwC's world-class learning environment.
What we're looking for:
We welcome curious, motivated students who are excited to build a strong technical foundation in finance and accounting.
Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
Students from adjacent disciplines (e.g., Business, Economics) with a strong demonstrated interest in finance and accounting are also welcome to apply.
Keen to develop yourself in the profession and take ownership of your learning journey.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative, with a growth mindset.
A strong co-curricular activities record, demonstrating well-roundedness, leadership, and initiative.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with peers and stakeholders.
Service-oriented, with a genuine commitment to teamwork and excellence.

Please indicate your first-choice role and, where applicable, a second-choice role, based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high volume of applications.
