Finance - Procure-to-Pay Off-Cycle Internship (Jan - Jun 27)

Behind every great firm is a strong finance function — and at PwC, our Finance Department plays a critical role in keeping the business running, the controls tight, and the insights flowing.

As a Finance (Procure-to-Pay) Intern, you'll join our P2P Team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its end-to-end procurement and payment processes, and use AI -driven software in our work. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Document key processes. Help capture and refine the process flow for Procure-to-Pay, building strong foundational knowledge of how end-to-end finance operations work. 

• Process payables transactions. Process and record payables transactions in line with accounting principles — covering prepayments, fixed assets, and expenses — and assign the correct GL account based and allocation basis on the nature of expenses. 

• Strengthen controls. Perform audit checks on expense claims to identify non-compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of strong financial governance. 

• Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insight of Procure-to-Pay work.

What we're looking for:
