About the Role

Intern ‐ Group Lean Enterprise

(Based at, Malabe)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with DE team, PE team & META CI team.
  • Presentation creation support & preparation
  • Following up with SBUs on data & requirement gathering
  • Getting involved in & supporting the teams at the UATs
  • Taking minutes at the meetings & following up with the stake holders
  • Involvement & assisting in process mapping
  • Digital Training material prep based on system gates
  • Arranging meetings
  • Digital data & documentation filing & 5S   
  • Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel & work document usability

 

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

  • An educational background in Digital / IT related scope or statistics  or Business Management 
  • Strong written & spoken English skills
  • Solid digital skills in MS Word / MS Excel / Power Point / Teams / Outlook / Power Bi/ Ability of using Ai tools
  • Data analytics skills 
  • People skills
