Finance - Order-to-Cash Off-Cycle Internship (Jan - Jun 27)

Key Responsibilities: 

Behind every great firm is a strong finance function — and at PwC, our Finance Department plays a critical role in keeping the business running, the cash flowing, and the insights flowing.

As a Finance (Order-to-Cash) Intern, you'll join our O2C Team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its end-to-end credit, collections, and receivables processes. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Document key processes. Help capture and refine the process flow for Credit Control and Collections, building strong foundational knowledge of how end-to-end finance operations work. 

• Bring data to life. Help build statistical reports and dashboards (data analytics) to support Credit Control decisions and surface meaningful insights. 

• Support banking and payments. Assist with the banking of cheques and related data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

• Process payment data. Perform data entry for Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and cheques, contributing to clean, well-documented financial records. 

• Support client documentation (e.g. Official Receipts and Statements of Accounts — that keep client relationships running smoothly). 

• Innovate with automation. Get involved in ad-hoc projects and automation initiatives, exploring how technology can elevate the way Finance works. 

• Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insight of Order-to-Cash work.

What we're looking for:

• Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities. 

• Students from adjacent disciplines (e.g., Business, Economics) with a strong demonstrated interest in finance and accounting are also welcome to apply.
