Job Summary:

Undergo hands-on training across various departments to gain practical knowledge and industry experience in car battery manufacturing. This role is designed to provide exposure to actual plant operations, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems while supporting daily activities under the supervision of experienced staff. The trainee is expected to contribute to process improvements, comply with safety and quality standards, and complete assigned learning objectives during the training period.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and documenting daily production activities, machine operations, or quality parameters.

Support engineers and supervisors in process improvements and technical evaluations.

Participate in data gathering, testing, and analysis to support production or engineering reports.

Comply with workplace safety, 5S, and environmental standards within the plant.

Observe and document standard operating procedures across departments.

Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department heads or designated mentors.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports, logs, and final training documentation.

Attend orientation, technical briefings, and required training sessions.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related technical course.

Willing to complete required in-plant training hours as part of academic curriculum.

Strong analytical and observation skills; able to follow instructions and learn quickly.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned on-site in a manufacturing plant environment.
