🎯 Your mission (si tu l’acceptes)

 

Intégré(e) à l’équipe Méthodes, tu participeras activement à l’industrialisation de nos produits et à l’amélioration de nos process de production.

Concrètement, tu seras amené(e) à :

  • Participer à la définition des process d’industrialisation

  • Contribuer à la mise en place des moyens de production (implantation, choix techniques…)

  • Définir les gammes d’assemblage et la documentation associée (instructions, AMDEC…)

  • Participer aux premiers montages et aux phases de validation des process

  • Accompagner la formation des opérateurs

  • Être force de proposition sur les améliorations de process et innovations

  • Contribuer à des projets d’optimisation (performance, qualité, sécurité…)

 

🔍 Ton profil

 

Tu prépares une formation de type Bac+2 à Bac+5 en mécanique, industrialisation ou génie industriel, et tu souhaites développer tes compétences dans un environnement industriel exigeant.

 

Tes atouts :

  • Tu sais lire un plan technique

  • Tu es à l’aise avec les moyens de production et l’environnement industriel

  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et curieux(se)

  • Tu as un bon relationnel et aimes travailler en équipe

  • Tu es force de proposition et à l’aise avec la résolution de problèmes

  • Un niveau d’anglais technique est un plus
