Are you excited to turn data into smarter decisions while helping shape more sustainable and efficient facilities?

Join our Facility team to create data-driven automation and reporting that improves operations, advances sustainability, and influences decisions across a global organization.

Core Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Build and automate reports/processes using Power BI, Power Automate (or similar tools).
  • Analyse data and spot improvement opportunities that inform Facility and global teams.
  • Turn stakeholder wishes into clear specification lists and drive implementation or handover.
  • Support sustainability tracking and related initiatives in collaboration with global sustainability and digital teams.
  • Enter operations areas as needed — be prepared to wear safety shoes.

Join the local Facility department in Billund as a Student Worker. You’ll deliver data-driven automation and reporting that influence decisions across the organization, working especially closely with sustainability, global digital and IT teams. The role combines hands-on operational exposure with cross-functional collaboration.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills (must-haves)

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
  • Practical experience programming/automating with Power BI, Power Automate or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into specification lists
  • Fluent in English

Soft skills & mindset

  • Curious about how others work and eager to learn across functions
  • Interest in sustainability and using data to create impact
  • Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including global teams
  • Danish language skills are a (huge) plus
  • Hands-on attitude and readiness for operational floor work
