 We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Intern to join our team.  The role will expose the intern to a deadline-driven environment where responsiveness, organization, and the ability to work under pressure are key.

Purpose of the role:

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who wants to gain practical experience in Supply chain management within demanding environment

The job responsibilities:

  • Assess demand and supply data across the various data platforms.
  • Interpretation of big data and drill down for presentations and discussions.
  • Building and Reporting of Supply statistics, Daily, Weekly and Monthly
  • Efficient analyses of existing workflow processes and performance information.
  • Build new Best Practice workflows, audit and adjust for roll out.
  • Participate in the EMEA Planning project, contribute to key activities and project deliverables.
  • Build simulations and scenarios within the supply network for improved availability and lead-times.
  • Produce Rapid Improvements Plans for immediate impact whilst driving long term sustainable improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in structuring datasets for cross-team access.
  • Continuously improve processes for optimal execution and customer service delivery.
  • Analyse Order In-Take and Supply data and identify discrepancies that affect delivery promise.
  • Coordinate with the various stakeholders on order handling and delivery status.
  • Develop and publish performance tracking data across screening solutions division.

Profile Required

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Completed 3-4 years bachelor’s degree.
  • Qualification linked to Supply Chain, Customer Service, Business Administration is advantageous.
  • Please attach Statement of Result
  • Must be a South Africa Citizen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Software Applications with Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
